- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible mattress models, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and free from stains or damage.
- Products purchased as part of a promotional offer or sale may have specific return conditions; please refer to the offer terms at the time of purchase.
2. Return Conditions
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be used, damaged, soiled, or altered from its original form.
- Only products purchased directly from Fortune Mattress (website or authorized outlets) are eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your address.
4. Refunds
- Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned mattress, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within XX business days.
- If the return does not meet our policy criteria, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for mattresses that have been used, customized, or purchased under special clearance or final sale events.
